100 LESSONS I'VE LEARNED FROM THE SECRET?
1. We all work with one infinite power
2. The Secret is the Law of Attraction (LOA)
3. Whatever is going on in your mind is what you are attracting
4. We are like magnets - like attract like. You become AND attract what you think
5. Every thought has a frequency. Thoughts send out a magnetic energy
6. People think about what they don't want and attract more of the same
7. Thought = creation. If these thoughts are attached to powerful emotions (good or bad) that speeds the creation
8. You attract your dominant thoughts
9. Those who speak most of illness have illness, those who speak most of prosperity have prosperity etc..
10. Its not "wishful" thinking.
11. You can't have a universe without the mind entering into it
12. Choose your thoughts carefully.. You are a masterpiece of your life
13. It's OK that thoughts don't manifest into reality immediately (if we saw a picture of an elephant and it instantly appeared, that would be too soon)
14. EVERYTHING in your life you have attracted.. Accept that fact.. It’s true.
15. Your thoughts cause your feelings
16. We don't need to complicate all the "reasons" behind our emotions. It's much simpler than that. Two categories..
Good feelings, bad feelings.

78. Write down the things you like most about them (don't expect change from them). Law of attraction will not put you in the same space together if you frequencies don’t match
79. When you realize your potential to feel good, you will ask no one to be different in order for you to feel good.
80. You will free yourself from the cumbersome impossibilities of needing to control the world, your friends, your mate, and your children....
81. You are the only one that creates your reality
82. No one else can think or feel for you.. Its YOU.. ONLY YOU.
83. Health: thank the universe for your own healing. Laugh, stress free happiness will keep you healthy.
84. Immune system will heal itself
85. Parts of our bodies are replaced every day, every week etc... Within a few years we have a brand new body
86. See yourself living in a new body. Hopeful = recovery. Happy = happier biochemistry. Stress degrades the body.
87. Remove stress from the body and the body regenerates itself. You can heal yourself
88. Learn to become still.. and take your attention away from what you don't want, and place your attention on what you wish to experience

96. Write your script. When you see things you don't want, don't think about them, write about them, talk about them, push against them, or join groups that focus on the don't wants... remove your attention from don't wants.. and place them on do wants
97. We are mass energy. Everything is energy. EVERYTHING.
98. Don't define yourself by your body.. It’s the infinite being that's connected to everything in the universe.
99. One energy field. Our bodies have distracted us from our energy. We are the infinite field of unfolding possibilities. The creative force.
100. Are your thoughts worthy of you? If not - NOW is the time to change them. You can begin right where you are right now. Nothing matters but this moment and what you are focusing your attention on.

Hulu removed an episode of “The Golden Girls” from its platform because the white actresses were wearing mud masks.
The Hollywood Reporter says the episode in question, originally aired on NBC in 1988, is titled “Mixed Blessings.”
“It revolves around Dorothy, played by Beatrice Arthur, being concerned that her son is marrying a considerably older woman, Lorraine, played by Rosalind Cash. Meanwhile, Lorraine’s mother, played by Virginia Capers, is upset because Dorothy’s son is white and her daughter is Black,” the Hollywood Reporter noted.

Everyone learns differently.
For example, let’s look at the A-student in school. She can read text books and memorize facts and figures with ease. When test time comes around, all she has to do is access the answers from memory. Most people, however, learn best by doing the real thing.
Rich Dad understands this and to help explain the different ways people learn, we use the Cone of Learning diagram.
See, while the A-student can remember things by simply reading about them, most of us need to do the real thing in order to fully comprehend it. We need to rely on physical and emotional memory.

Tomato Dandelion Salad - Healthy Food Tip and Recipe
Low in calories with great flavor this combination of young tender dandelion greens and fresh ripe tomatoes is a great summer salad that's quick and easy to prepare. Add goat cheese for extra protein and enjoy!
Prep and Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium sized onion, cut in half and sliced thin
- 2 TBS light vinegar (such as apple cider, rice, or white wine)
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 large red ripe tomatoes
- 3 cups chopped young dandelion greens
- 2 TBS fresh basil cut into large pieces
- Dressing:
- 1-1/2 TBS balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp coarse cracked black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- 1 oz crumpled Chevre goat cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Thinly slice onion and place in a small bowl. Pour 2 TBS light vinegar and 1 cup hot water over onions and marinate while making rest of salad.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients adding oil at end a little at a time.
- Rinse and chop dandelion greens. Place in basket of a salad spinner, rinse and spin dry. Toss dandelion greens with 2/3 of the dressing.
- Cut tomatoes in half crosswise and squeeze out juice. Cut into quarters, remove inner pulp and slice. Place on greens.
- Squeeze dry marinated onions and lay on top of sliced tomatoes and greens. Drizzle the rest of the dressing over tomatoes, onion and top with basil and goat cheese if desired.

Poached Halibut with Fennel and Cauliflower - Healthy Food Tip and Reci
Prep and Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 lbs cod, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 1TBS + 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 medium sized onion, cut in half and sliced medium thick
- 1 large carrot, turned into 11/2 inch pieces
- 1-1/2 cups cauliflower florets, cut into quarters
- 1 medium sized fennel bulb, sliced medium thick
- 5 medium cloves garlic, pressed
- salt and black pepper to taste
- chopped fennel green tops for garnish
Directions:
- Slice onion and chop garlic and let sit for at least 5 minutes to bring out their hidden health-promoting properties.
- Rub cod with lemon juice and season with a little salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat 1 TBS broth in a 12 inch stainless steel skillet. Healthy Sauté onion in broth over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
- Add rest of broth and carrots. Simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes covered.
- Add cauliflower, fennel, and garlic. Place cod on top and continue to cook covered for about 6 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper
- Serve cod with vegetables and broth. Sprinkle with chopped fennel greens.

Golden Squash Soup - Healthy Food Tip and Recipe
This easy-to-prepare soup is a favorite among many of our readers. It's not only flavorful, but an excellent source of vitamin A. Enjoy!
Prep and Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 3 cups)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 medium cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped
- 1 TBS chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 TBS + 2-3/4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 6 oz canned coconut milk
- 2 TBS chopped fresh cilantro
- salt & white pepper to taste
Directions:
- Chop onion and garlic and let sit for 5-10 minutes to enhance their health-promoting benefits.
- Peel and cut squash.
- Heat 1 TBS broth in medium soup pot. Healthy Sauté onion in broth over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger, and continue to sauté for another minute. Add turmeric and curry powder, and mix well. Add squash and broth, and mix. Bring to a boil on high heat. Once it comes to a boil reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered until squash is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Place in blender and blend with coconut milk. Make sure you blend in batches filling blender only half full. Start on low speed, so hot soup does not erupt and burn you. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Thin with a little broth if needed. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Reheat, and add cilantro.
