bon jovi - bed of roses

My ex-fiancee use to sing this song to me. Every time I hear it I cry. I really do miss it.

Article by Dr Robert Anthony - "Are You Trap In This Cycle?"

Have you noticed the things you got handled you keep handling?
That's because your belief is congruent so your pattern of thought
and your expectations keep perpetuating the same things. The Law of
Attraction, which is the fundamental creative law of the universe,
says that the frequency you are emitting is constantly being
matched by other frequencies that are the same. So when you feel
the way you feel and you don't consciously change the thoughts that
cause you to feel the way you do, then you continue to experience
this habit of thought.

Unfortunately, most people do not change their patterns of belief
because most people perpetuate their patterns of belief through
their observation of WHAT IS. Here is what's happening: WHAT IS
surrounds you, then you observe it, then you offer more vibration
about it and the Law of Attraction gives you more of WHAT IS which
you observe and offer a vibration about it so the Law of Attraction
gives you more of WHAT IS, etc.

Then you compound the problem by saying that, "My life experience
has taught me that WHAT IS - IS! This is fact. This is just the
way it is".

That may or may not be true. It may be JUST THE WAY IT IS, but
what you need to understand is that JUST THE WAY IT IS, is
absolutely changeable, but you can't change JUST THE WAY IT IS if
you keep observing JUST THE WAY IT IS!

So how to you change this pattern? You change it by choice. You
choose to look at things the way you WANT them to be. You shift
your vibrational pattern by caring more about the way you FEEL
then you do about the "truth" or the "facts" that you are
observing. The way you FEEL is what activates the Law of
Attraction. If you do whatever you can to feel good and focus on
what you want instead of the WAY IT IS, you will attract what you
want. If you focus on THE WAY IT IS, you will attract more of the
WAY IT IS. It's as simple as that.

Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation
that you are making progress - IF YOU LOOK FOR IT! No matter how
large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal. It will
only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow.

Truly Caring for Your Success!

9 Steps to Get Over Your Ex By Taryn Galewind (Article)

I came across this article and I am going to share it to those that have gotten a divorce, broke up with a fiancee, relationship failed, etc:

Move On After a Break Up

We carry so much baggage with us through life, it’s a wonder we can walk our path sometimes. The heaviest baggage of all is often a past love, an affair, or marriage or relationship that’s over, but we’re still stuck in it. Take heart! You can get closure and walk toward your future—head held high. There are ways to release a former love and allow your spirit to grow.
First, how do you recognize that you are trapped in a finished relationship and need to move on? Hold up a spiritual mirror, and watch your own behavior.

● Do you drive friends nuts because you will not stop talking about him? “I miss him.” “I hate him.” “I wonder where he is and what he’s doing.”
● Is your closet full of their things you failed to return? Are you planning to take them back one at a time as your neediness wells up?
● When you daydream, is it all about the hot sex you had two years ago?
● You just have to call him because the postman failed to forward mail—an advertisement for aluminum siding and a subscription renewal from National Geographic.
● Are you ticked off at him/her and everyone else. Is there a quick trigger on your anger?
● Do you cry at the thought of him? Did you get your hair cut the way she liked it? Did you wear blue because you wore blue on your first date?
● Are you 100% certain there’s something, no matter how bizarre, you can do to put it back together?

If you’re doing these things, you’re in dire straits and need to release this former love for good and for all. Here’s how:

1. Make a clear statement to the failed lover. “I need to move on, we’re finished.” Now, don’t answer phone calls. Don’t monitor their Facebook page. Don’t drive by their house. Act like an adult, and disconnect.
2. Pitch all their stuff and the stuff your memories are made of.
3. Clean your house top to bottom, and do three lovely things that are only about you. Hold a ritual – burn white sage, say a prayer in each room, ring prayer bells or make your own ritual.
4. Spend one whole day in your space pampering yourself—from bubble bath to meditation, to dancing in moonlight—but make sure your spiritual intent is to free yourself.
5. Grieve. Choose a time. Gather what you need—tea, incense, music, whatever, and get deep inside yourself. Admit the love is past. Touch your anger and sadness. Allow yourself to feel all the very bad, very difficult feelings and cry. Cry more. Cry it all out. Be done.
6. Have a party or dinner with people who adore you, whether or not they were connected to your past love.
7. Find your most trusted friend or mentor and tell them the entire story, leaving nothing out.
8. Say goodbye. Write a letter, record what you need to say, sit in a chair and talk to yourself. Say everything you should have said before your love left. Then burn the letter, destroy the recording. This is essential, do not keep it.
9. Find one pleasurable activity—not a new lover, yet—and immerse yourself. Think singing lessons, horseback riding, a new club, volunteer work.

Here’s the strangest advice: Think negative thoughts. You’ll have moments of mushy and sanguine memories of the good times. Some days, you’ll feel you simply must go running back. Conjure up all the bad stuff that was part of that relationship. Think it through. Dwell on it. Wallow in it. Remember it. Move on. Reinvent yourself, re-embrace your life and see what’s shining there in front of you. No looking back.

Developing Your Mind: How To Adapt To Change

"You can't solve your problems with the same
mentality you used to create them!"

Albert Einstein

Although the predominant theory explaining the disappearance of dinosaurs is the impact of a meteorite colliding with the Earth, the fact remains that many species survived and didn’t disappear, which is what has led us to where we are today. According to Charles Darwin’s Theory of Evolution, we are the result of the transformation of several different species, notably a line of monkeys.

But why did the dinosaurs disappear and not other species? Was it because they didn’t know how to adapt to change?

After the initial explosion of this famous meteorite which scientists claim happened in Siberia, it took awhile for the dinosaurs to become extinct. The clouds of dust that resulted from the impact took years to spread through the atmosphere, eventually leading to the suffocation of the great beasts.

The real reason for the dinosaurs’ disappearance wasn’t the explosion itself, but what happened over the next few hundred years, when the deadly dust spread. If it had been the explosion, all animal species would have disappeared at the same time.

What the dinosaurs couldn’t do is adapt to the climactic changes that ensued, while other species, even the smallest of mammals, could and did survive. The changes happened over hundreds and even thousands of years, and were punctuated by continued mutations of the various species that were able to adapt.

What lesson can we learn from the disappearance of the dinosaurs?

Charles Darwin (1809-1882) said it himself: “It isn’t always the strongest or the most intelligent species that survives, but the one that adapts best to change." The British naturalist and father of evolution was the first to claim that we are descended from a long line of animals, all of whom had an incredible ability to adapt. He also set forth a theory to explain the reasons for the disappearance and survival of different species inhabiting the Earth, both past and present, and created a universal law governing the survival and well-being of all species, including human beings, calling it ‘survival of the fittest.’

The world is perpetually changing, so why shouldn't you?

Whether you want it to happen or not, the world is involved in a process of permanent change. Civilizations rise and fall, political regimes come and go, lifestyles are altered, people prosper, new ideas replace time-worn principles. From these examples we could conclude that the greatest principle in life is “permanent change.”

If you take a look at your own life, from the time you were born to the present, you’ll see that you too have been constantly changing. And you’re going to keep on changing until you die! Your body will change as your hormones alter, your lifestyle will transform… and there’s nothing you can do to stop it except adapt!

Resistance Is Futile!

You can’t fight the process of perpetual change. If you try, you’ll only aggravate your problems and end up suffering more than necessary.

It’s good to have values in life, but you also need to be free enough to change your values if the need arises. Since nothing is fixed, the way we perceived the world yesterday may not be valid today, and what we see today may not be useful tomorrow.

Having moral values doesn’t mean you should hide behind preconceived ideas and stick to your guns at all costs. Real moral values allow you to adapt to the world around you, a world that’s in permanent transformation.

Remaining fixated on one idea is like trying to stick a square peg in a round hole. One or the other will have to adapt.

Try to stay ahead of the game by keeping yourself informed about new ideas, both in your profession and in your private life. Having some notion of what lies ahead is the only way to adapt and not get left behind.

Adapting has nothing to do with being stylish!

This is an important point: by adapting I don’t mean getting hooked on fads that come and go. Being ‘with it’ is a superficial attitude that often denotes general instability and a complete lack of values. There are people who simply follow their tastes and change from one style to another almost daily, without really thinking about it. But adapting to change demands serious reflection, and an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each option. You have to learn to determine which of your old ideas are still valid in the new situations life presents to you. And that can only be accomplished if you take time to analyze your options from different angles.

Adapting, unlike being stylish, requires lasting and fundamental choices that will ultimately result in your success or failure. That doesn’t mean changing the way you dress or getting a new haircut, but making clear decisions and following specific paths in all areas of your life, notably Love, health, work, Luck and money.

Qualities You Need To Adapt

If you want to be able to adapt to a world that’s changing more and more rapidly, you have to cultivate certain qualities that allow you to permanently transform your life. Without them nothing is possible, and you’ll continue having problems. The gap between your perceptions and the world around you will grow. If you don’t learn to adapt you’ll become rigid in body, mind and spirit, and end up leading an untenable existence.

The first thing you have to do is be open-minded and start asking yourself some serious questions. Intellectual curiosity and the constant search for new information will lead you to new truths.

You should also cultivate humility, which most intelligent people do, and not be overbearingly proud or think the world of yourself. No one knows what Absolute Truth is, and anyone who claims they do is wrong. Neither you nor anyone else is the keeper of Truth. You may possess some temporary knowledge that works for awhile, but it will soon become obsolete.

Knowing Whether You Can Adapt Or Not

Knowing if you’re going to disappear like the dinosaurs, or survive and progress to a better life, is easy. Just examine your basic values as often as possible, and determine which ones work, and which don’t. If a principle helps you live better and resolve your present difficulties, keep it. If it doesn’t, change it. Always be on the lookout for new ideas that could help you deal with your problems.

When a principle helps you overcome an obstacle, keep using it until events around you change and it doesn’t work anymore. Then look for something more effective. Not only will you solve your problems more quickly, you’ll also be sure to stay on track on your path to success.

Are you being sabotaged by hope? Article by Dr Robert Anthony

Boy I love reading articles by Dr Robert Anthony! So many things he says are true. You can also learn lessons from him to apply to your own life.

Sometimes we come to rely on actions and words to make our life what
we want it to be. Then we get frustrated because sometimes we speak
words and take actions that are contrary to the vibration we are
offering.

In other words, when you say that you really hope something
turns out well when you really do not expect it to, your words of
hope sound optimistic, but they do not bring you the results you
seek. When you want something that you sincerely doubt, it cannot
manifest as long as that doubt is prevalent within you.

Most of your beliefs came through your life experiences. Your
beliefs are the result of the things you witnessed in life that
made you believe they are true. So when you saw something
happening that you did not want to happen, as you observed it, you
came to the conclusion that this is "factual", that this is
"evidence", this is "truth", and this is "real". You have also
been conditioned to believe that you must focus on things that are
real.

But the truth is, whatever you are focusing on is training you into
a habit of thought. That's all a belief is - a habitual thought
pattern. So when you train yourself into a habit of thought that
does not match anything you want, you have set up a cross
current in your vibrational frequency. In other words, you WANT it
this way, but you also EXPECT it this way.

The problem is you got most of your expectations by listening and
watching TV, from family, friends, news media, etc. You have come
to this vibrational habit of thought over a long period of time.
Whether you like it or not, in most cases those thoughts are more
dominate within you than the vibration of your desire. What is
happening is that there are all kinds of things that you want, but
you are sending out a different or opposite vibration than those
things that you want.

You have to find a way to shift your beliefs before your life can
change. If you do not have what you want, I can guarantee you have a
contradictory energy or belief system going on within you. Take
the time to discover what it is and then use that awareness to
change it. Awareness is always the first step to making any change.

Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation
that you are making progress - IF YOU LOOK FOR IT! No matter how
large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal. It will
only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow.

The Law of Attraction & You article by California Psychics

Your Hidden Power

Some believe that the secret of life is buried in the power of the Law of Attraction. There are plenty of resources to help you tap into this hidden power to attract the love of your life. From Oprah’s Living the Law of Attraction Web site to a new iPhone/iPad application called “The Soul Mate Within,” you can see others’ stories and learn how to apply the Law of Attraction.

So if the basic principle is that “like attracts like,” then why do we attract the wrong kind of people? The Law of Attraction doesn’t come with a full symphony orchestra that will erupt with lovely music when you find that special someone or a new best friend. Then how can we tell if the person is a match or not? As Psychic Casey ext. 5385 describes in the video, pay attention to your frequency. This is who you are at your very core.

I love to control just about everything in my life. However, at the ripe old age of 38 (I still feel like I’m 14 sometimes), I’ve learned a few things. I know who I am. I am a constantly changing person, but there are a few core facts about me that remain unchanged. These were discovered over time through various relationships and experiences that I’ve held on to.

One of those core facts is that I’m a control freak. However, I know through lots of trial and error that I cannot control everything. I’ve learned ways to be happier and to allow things to happen and know I can let go when you need to. This has given me a chance to explore new relationships and, when necessary, let them go if they don’t suit me. You’ll return a sweater if it doesn’t fit, why can’t you allow a relationship to end if it doesn’t fit you? I have met some of the most wonderful people by allowing things to happen and not trying to control everything. However, I have allowed relationships to end or have ended them if they do not meet my needs. After all, it is all about me.

Make it all about you. There are tons of books, movies, radio shows, blogs and news stories on the Law of Attraction and how to use it. The most important thing is to know who you are in this moment, embrace yourself and to speak up if the relationship does or doesn’t work out

Who is your soul mate? Talk to a psychic and find out. Call 1.800.573.4830 or choose your psychic now.

"Youth is not a time of life - it is a state of mind. It is a temper of the will; a quality of the imagination; a vigor of the emotions; it is a freshness of the deep springs of life. Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over a life of ease...
