Update on my weight loss!

Okay today I have been with the Anytime Fitness Gym for one month. I have been going 4 times a week at 40 minutes each time. I have also been on my eating healthy diet for one month and a half. So far I have lost 12 pounds!! Although my blood pressure still isn't down enough I will just have to keep at. They say it takes time and I just have to be patience. Boy is that hard to do!!! I have more things to post but have been really busy here at work and when I get home I go to the gym etc. Looking forward to posting more stuff this weekend. Don't go away!!!!!!!!!!!!
