Update on my second time using HCG Weight Loss Program

I don't know if you guys remember a couple of years ago (2008)I weighted at 250 lbs. Robert Kiyosaki had introduced a book to my naturopathic doctor call "The Weight Loss Cure Program" by Kevin Trudeau. Best book I have read and decided to give it a shot. I started my dieting Jan 2008 and the book was introduced to me May 2008. I started the HCG shots June 2008 foor 6 weeks and then 6 weeks maintenance program. By the end of November I managed to get down to 128 lbs. But in December 2008 I was maintaining between 132 to 135 lbs. By the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010 I saw my weight slowly started to creep up on me. But that was my fault for not sticking with it. When I got up 42 lbs extra, I thought, NO WAY am I going back to being overweight again! So I started the HCG program again (funny two years later same month!) June 2008. I have lost 36 lbs so far and I have 6 more to reach my goal! I have no doubt that I can do it again! Once I reach my goal of 140 lbs, then I am setting another goal of 135 lbs. Can't wait! Now I am writing a self-help book on this program so I can help others to be able to accomplished what I did. I haven't seen a self-help book the way I am going to write mind so far. I am very excited to be writing this book!

Big Banks, Big Problem by Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad's Blog

A recent report by CNN.com ("Bank failure tally passes 100 for the year") revealed that the number of banks shuttered by the FDIC has now passed 100 for the year. Community Security Bank in Minnesota was the 101st bank closed in 2010. According to the report, the number of banks that must be closed will probably exceed 2009's number of 140 closed banks. Yet despite this, CNN.com writes that the economy is getting better: "Meanwhile, there is evidence to suggest that the banking industry has recovered from the worst of the financial crisis."

How to Attract People to You Without a Word by Dick Read (SalesPartners)

The following is titled "How to Be Totally, 100 % Present" (an excerpt from Blair Singer's book, "Little Voice" Mastery. Techniques courtesy of Jayne Johnson.

"This little voice management technique is very powerful. It takes two people, or you could do this in a mirror with yourself.

Sit knee-to-knee (you don't have to touch each other) and look at eachother, eyeball-to-eyeball, without talking.

I know it seems weird, but the purpose of this is to get you present and centered when you're feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or frenzied, or if you simply need to be totally focused when approaching a challenge.

The rules, as you face each other, are no talking and no flinching for at least three minutes.

If you can do it for longer than that, great. The little voice in your brain will start going crazy.

"This is nuts," it will say. "What does this person think of me? I don't want to do this. I've got other things to do."

That's okay. Just let your little voice run on. Do your best to stay in the present.

If you can do this, you'll find magical things happen. All of a sudden your brain will become very quiet. You'll be able to listen to yourself.

You can connect with the other person. That doesn't mean you have to be in love with that other person - you don't need to find him or her attractive, or even like that person. You just have to remain present.

After a while of practicing this, your ability to connect, listen, and stay in the moment will be incredible.

The next time your spouse talks to you, you will really hear it.

The next time your sales prospect tells you something, you'll feel connected, instead of listening to your little voice on overdrive as it scrambles for answers.

You will find people attracted to you because somehow they feel connected, understood, and acknowledged."
