Chicken & Bacon Ranch PastaServes 2

1 bags Skinny Dip Fettuccini, or any shape
6 oz boneless chicken breast, diced
2 thin strips bacon
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
1 green onion, sliced thin
1/2 jalapeno, seeded & minced (optional if too hot)
1 tablespoon sliced black olives
3 tablespoons light ranch dressing
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Drain, rinse and boil noodles for 1 minute.  Drain again in a colander and dab with paper towels to dry well.  In a small dish stir together ranch dressing and BBQ sauce.

Dice bacon and cook in a medium nonstick skillet until crisp.  Drain fat leaving 2 teaspoons.  Add bell pepper, jalapeno, onion and olives and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes or until cooked through. 
 .
Add noodles and BBQ sauce mixture and stir to combine.  Cook 3-4 minutes or until hot and serve.  Also very good chilled.
