Tropical Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  • 3   medium 
    yellow and/or red tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • see savings

    1   cup 
    chopped seedless watermelon
  • 1   medium 
    mango, halved, seeded, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3  cup 
    finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4  cup 
    snipped fresh cilantro
  • 2   
    jalapeno peppers, halved, seeded and finely chopped*
  • 3   tablespoons 
    lime juice
  • 2   teaspoons 
    honey
  •  
    Kosher salt

Directions
1.
In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, watermelon, mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and honey. Stir gently to combine. Season to taste with kosher salt. Cover and chill until ready to serve or up to 2 hours.
Tip
  • *Handling Hot Peppers: Because hot chile peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your skin and eyes, avoid contact with chiles as much as possible. When working with chile peppers, wear plastic or rubber gloves. If your bare hands do touch the chile peppers, wash your hands well with soap and water.
