I Am Back!!!!!!

 

2023 had been rough year for me.  January 31,2023 I was diagnosed with ALS.  It was a shock to me!  I was also on a weight journey as well ao I got down to 140 lbs. Throughout 2023 year I really had rough time dealing with it.  My daughter who lives in CA came every month to visit me for a week.  I  ended up losing a best friend in the process and my son decided to abandon me.  It has been over a year and he still won't talk to me.  Also ended up moving in with my daughter in Irvine CA and losing my independence was super tough and giving up most of my things I worked so hard to have.  

Now it is 2024 and I am have been working on a different mindset and hope and faith. God, etc.  I will come back on and will add more of my journey and updates.

I REACHED my goal 149 lbs from 223!!  On 12/6 I am at 148 pounds
