The power of your focus ----- An article by Dr Robert Anthony

When we were born we didn't get an owner's manual for our minds. We
created reality through our focus of attention and our thoughts.

Your POINT OF FOCUS determines your POINT OF ATTRACTION. Let me
put it this way - If there are 100 things surrounding you and 1 of
them is good and the other 99 are rotten, if you focus on the 1,
the other 99 must leave you.

If you are surrounded by 100 things and 99 of them are good and 1
of them is rotten and you focus on the one that is rotten, in your
quest to quell the problem, the other 99 will become rotten too.
That is the power of your focus.

So use the power of your focus and the guidance that comes from
within and work every day to stand wherever you are and see the
world through the eyes of Source Energy. As you do, you will
attract people who will resonate with your desires and those who
have been annoying you will annoy you less or go away altogether.

You cannot hold in your experience unpleasant things when you are
looking for that which is pleasant. You cannot bring to your
experience pleasant things when you are fixated on something
unpleasant. It is as simple as that. Tune yourself in to what
you want and watch how cooperative the Law of Attraction and this
universe will be for you.

Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation
that you are making progress - IF YOU LOOK FOR IT! No matter how
large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal. It will
only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow.

Can You Handle The Truth? (Article by Robert Kiyosaki COR)

Most people don't want to hear the truth. They want to hear…what they want to hear.

In his latest Conspiracy of the Rich bulletin, Robert Kiyosaki talks about the hard truths regarding our economy…and your retirement.

Can you handle the truth? Don't miss this important post.

"I hate the truth when I realize my life isn't the fairy tale I've dreamt of. I often wish life were easier. I wish I didn't have to exercise. I wish I didn't have to wash dishes after eating dinner. I wish I looked like Johnny Depp or Brad Pitt. I wish I could eat pizza and drink beer five nights a week—and still look like Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt.

But that is not real life, and the truth is that life can be pretty cruel, if one cannot handle the truth."

How to magnetize what you want by Dr Robert Anthony (Article)

Having the courage and patience to put out the vibrations of what
you desire to be, as to opposed to where you are in the present, is
the hardest thing you will ever have to do. Keep in mind WHERE you
are and WHO you are in your life right now is based on your past
intentions, thoughts, feeling and actions. But you can change your
future by changing your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Your current level of results is nothing more than the residual
outcome of your past thoughts, feelings and actions. They have
nothing to do with what you are capable of or who you are capable
of becoming unless you continue to make decisions based on those
results. If you do, you will continue to create the same things
over and over again in your life.

Here is an interesting way of looking at your life. If you look at
your current results, you can see what you have been up to for the
past five years or so. What you have been thinking, feeling and
acting upon is reflected in your current results. Look at your
body, your bank account, your house, your car, your relationships,
your job or lack thereof and what vibrations you have been
offering, because your results are nothing more than a feedback
mechanism - a mirror of what you have been thinking, feeling and
acting.

Think about a mirror for a moment. A mirror does not judge, it does
not say if something is "good" or "bad", "right" or "wrong". It
does not edit or delete. A mirror just reflects back whatever is
put in front of it. Do you follow this metaphor?

The universal mirror is exciting because when you get what you
desire you know you are on your game. When you have less than
pleasing results, that's just the universal mirror reflecting back
to you where you have the opportunity to adjust your thinking,
feeling and actions. Getting upset because you have messed up your
life in any area is wasting precious time. The mirror is there to
give you a wake-up call. It is saying "Hey, you're broke. Are you
ready to do something about it?"

Do I get upset when I experience less than pleasing results?
Absolutely. But the difference between now and my past is I am
willing to let it go. I use the experience as a wake-up call to
find a better way. And I always find a better way, because I am
looking for it. You can do the same.

Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation
that you are making progress - IF YOU LOOK FOR IT! No matter how
large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal. It will
only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow.

The 1 thing you MUST do to manifest your desires... - Article by Dr Robert Anthony

Through choosing your intention and then locking your attention,
you have chosen - and continue to choose to participate in
whichever universe you are currently participating in. So the
question we must ask is, which one are we choosing, or more
importantly which one will we choose?

Think about this. What scientists and physicists are discovering
is that we exist simultaneously in many different forms, dimensions
and time. We choose which reality we want to live in based on our
intentions and attention.

Now I know your head is about to explode because this seems so
unreal, but it is more real than you can imagine or accept
right now.

What every theory in quantum physics has in common is that you are
the observer and the participant. With your clearly defined
INTENTION and your unbending and consistent ATTENTION, you choose
which world you're going to participate in.

Science tells us that the things we observe in our outer world are
nothing more than a projection from our inner world. Okay, take a
breath and let's put it in practical terms.

Imagine you offer a vibration for the future that you want to
create $100,000 in the next year. If you are focusing on that,
feeling it, acting on it and then reinforcing it with your actions,
the money starts to take physical form. Conversely, if you're
putting out an intention of $100,000 and you stress out when your
credit card bill comes in and you keep telling your friends how
broke you are and how bad the economy is, then they cancel each
other out.

Anytime you think, feel and act broke, or worry about the economy,
you are sending out a vibration that is bound to cancel your
intention. This is why so many people struggle with manifesting the
things they desire in their lives. In other words, only vibrations
that are in resonance with each other can harmonize. This is the
scientific principle behind the Law of Attraction.

Since we create our reality on whichever dimension we choose to
participate, it is critical that the BIG THREE - thoughts, feelings
and emotions - are in harmony along with our actions. If they are
not in sync, your present and future won't harmonize. They will
INTERCEPT, and they will cancel each other out.

Now you can see how setting your desire or intention in the
present, that is, creating your vibration, equates with how you are
choosing to participate in the universe. If the vibration you are
offering is out of resonance or harmony with what is coming back
from your future, you won't be able to create it.

This is why making a decision based on where you are going, not
where you are is so critical. The key is to accept where you are
without resistance. You accept "what is" without fighting it, but
you keep your intention on your desire. This is the secret to
manifestation. I suggest you reread this paragraph again.

If you remain at this high level of vibration then you MUST realize
that you don't have to create your desire. It is ALREADY created!
You just have to align with it. What you desire is in the quantum
field of possibilities (alternate universe if you will). So get
in harmony with it, start taking action based upon it and that is
what will unfold.

Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation
that you are making progress - IF YOU LOOK FOR IT! No matter how
large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal. It will
only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow.

Insight for Today 9/8/11 - A Friday Story from Bob Proctor

I am really inspired by his story below:

"Don't Put Off Till Tomorrow."

"Five more minutes," I screamed at my mother as she always tried to awaken me from bed to go to school every morning.

It was a morning ritual. That "5 minutes" would inevitably turn into 10 minutes, which would then turn into 15, then . or, if one does not have a "willing, gullible mother" there's always the clock radio with the ever powerful snooze button. (Why do they have them anyway?)

It's a common habit for many, many people to always "push the snooze button," or more simply put, "procrastinate." I guess I learned the hard way that "procrastination is not the best way to do things and get them accomplished."

In high school I was always "putting things off" or procrastinating. It did not seem to matter, as I was always making great grades, but always pushing it to the limits. If I had a huge final, it did not matter as, apparently, "God would always watch out for me in high school" because I would always (barely, but always) get the work done. That's how I "preferred" it (I thought); I thought I was invincible; at least in regard to my procrastinating ways.

That method of studying seemed to work well as a freshman in college also, as well as the first semester of my sophomore year. I even procrastinated on one of my first semester sophomore finals, not taking exams until after the Christmas break. I did well and thought again: "Procrastination did not hurt me at all." However, very soon I learned life was not so easy, as two weeks after I took that "make up final" my entire life changed forever, as well as my desire to procrastinate.

I was seriously injured, suffering a traumatic brain injury. Most physicians and lay people did not believe I would survive, much less return to college, much less be a functioning member of society ever again. It was not easy. However, I have learned life is not supposed to be easy. Eighteen months after almost losing my life and spending those months in painful therapy I returned to college. Back at college I could now not "skip" my classes as I previously had. My traumatic brain injury obligated me to work hard in order to comprehend the material, and that meant attending all classes and lectures.

However, after four years back at college I graduated at the top of my class with many honors. Smiling and limping as I crossed the stage to accept my diploma from the dean, I realized that all my painful and difficult work was worth everything, as, again, I realized that "anything in life that's worth doing, rarely comes easily." As I accepted the diploma from the dean I chuckled inwardly as I asked myself, "What's procrastination?"

However, years later, I learned another lesson in regard to procrastination.

My family was going to my cousin's wedding in New York City in the late 1990s. Our hotel was directly across the street from the World Trade Towers. I thought about climbing all the stairs to the top (for exercise; to set a "goal"; and simply because I wanted to prove that I could do it). Looking from my hotel room at one of the "Towers" I thought, "It's already getting close to the time when we have to get ready for the wedding, plus, the "Towers" will be there when I return on another trip."

Little could I ever imagine what would happen on September 11, 2001, and that the Towers would NOT be there for a return trip.

Looking back, I realize what might happen when one "puts off for another day" what he can do today. Sometimes the tomorrows never come about. One should never put off until tomorrow what one can do today: climbing a skyscraper, saying you love someone, visiting friends in a hospital. They are all important. One never knows what the future holds in store for you. That is why if you look in the dictionary you will find a definition as "right now" for "present." No one knows what the future will be.

The present is a gift -- that is why it is called "present" -- it's a gift to you -- remember that and live life accordingly.

Some Food for Thoughts by Bob Proctor (Article)

Have you ever wondered how children can sit through replays of their favorite Lion King or Little Mermaid video? It amazes me that they'll watch the same show every day without a single complaint or request for something new.

What's more amazing, though, is that adults do the very same thing with their days. The majority of men and women play "movies" in their heads, day after day, relentlessly focusing on past events, most of which are unpleasant and disturbing experiences. If they're actually able to stop their contemplation of past events, then they allow impressions of their current surroundings and recent results to govern their thoughts. If they contemplate the future it is usually by worrying about it, or wishing that something better might come along. Then they wonder why bad things keep happening to them, or why they never rise above the issues and obstacles in their lives.

While it is true that people are free to think anything they please, as long as they remain set in their ways, there is very little that can be done to change the unpleasant experiences that keep cropping up in their lives.

Recently, the study of the mind, and its veritable unearthly power, is at last taking its proper place in modern civilization. Proper use of the mind and its various faculties will give you anything you choose - but the emphasis here is on the word "proper." To move in this direction requires study and focused, consistent effort with a good measure of creativity stirred in.

Just as the oak tree develops from the gene that lies within the acorn and a bird develops from the gene that lies asleep in the egg, so too will your achievements grow from the organized plans that first begin with your imagination. An image in your mind is the first stage of the creative process in life. From your imagination your visions and plans arise.

In his best selling book, Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill wrote, "You will never have a definite purpose in life; you will never have self confidence; you will never have initiative and leadership unless you first create these qualities in your imagination and see yourself in possession of them." He went on to say, "... imagination is the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known."

There is a concept called "Fantasy - Theory - Fact." The premise underlying this concept is that everything has its origination in the form of Fantasy, which some adventurous souls dare turn into a theory and then boldly turn into fact. Give this serious thought for a moment. The idea of moon landings, communicating by email, traveling on jets, cellular phones or wearing synthetic garments was, a very short time ago, sheer fantasy. Today, they are considered commonplace.

Your marvelous mind has factors that you can, with little effort, develop to use to improve the quality of life, not just for yourself, but for human kind. Imagination is one of those creative faculties. The individuals who were responsible for the conception and creation of the email, cell phones and any of the thousands of modern conveniences we enjoy today had a highly developed imagination.

Furthermore, they were not easily influenced by the opinions of the masses, the naysayers who historically have criticized and ridiculed anything they do not understand. These pioneers used their mental faculties to fantasize, to build wild and wonderful pictures in their mind. Then, holding their thought with their will, they watched their fantasy unfold into a theory and then into fact. They seemed to have an innate awareness that if they could visualize it, they could do it.

Use this power to let your mind play. Fantasize a much better life than you presently enjoy. Draft your future with imagination, ponder and calculate with intelligence and awareness, then knit it with care. Next, devise paths and find tools to help get you there.

Commit to reach new goals. The only barrier separating you from your goal is ignorance - ignorance of how simple, and simply powerful, your mind really is.

To your success,
Bob Proctor

Your subconscious gatekeeper... (Another great article by Dr Robert Anthony!!)

I get so many questions about communication between our conscious
and subconscious minds that I wanted to answer you in an email...

Another name I like to use for the Critical Factor between the
conscious and subconscious is the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper,
as the name implies, is a gatekeeper between what happens in
the outside world and what you allow inside.

The function of the Gatekeeper is very simple. It's basically
to keep things the same. Its primary intention is to make your
life easier by rejecting information that doesn't match the
Subconscious Blueprint you already have inside. In this way,
you don't have to keep making new decisions.

So the Gatekeeper is designed to keep information out -- which
is tremendously useful when someone tries to persuade you to do
something stupid like telling you that you can "Jump off a
building and you'll fly!"

But, it's also very harmful when it keeps you stuck with a belief
or habit that you don't want anymore.

The Gatekeeper has some very powerful tools at its disposal,
which include emotions like fear, doubt, worry and anger.
These are psychological defense mechanisms that automatically
reject new information.

So the key is learning how to instantly bypass your inner gatekeeper
and get directly to your subconscious mind -- when you learn
to do that, you can change your inner blueprint in moments...

Truly Caring for Your Success!

Dr. Robert Anthony

P.S. I have a program designed to instantly bypass your inner gatekeeper
it's called Deliberate Creation Instant Self-Hypnosis. The word
instant has been added in there for a reason. Deliberate Creation
Instant Self-Hypnosis not only teaches you Self-Hypnosis, but it
teaches you how to do it instantly without me having to take you
through a long boring induction every time you want to use it.

Initially I guide you through the steps while re-patterning your
Subconscious Blueprint to be able to access the trance state
instantly. This is accomplished by using a specific trigger that
is built into the method -- find out more about how you can
instantly bypass your inner gatekeeper here...

Is time an illusion? (Advanced Law of Attraction Tip)...(Article by Dr Robert Anthony)

We know the Law of Attraction is simply stating that like vibrations are attracted to each other, and dissimilar vibrations repel each other. In other words, you will never attract riches in your life if you are constantly sending out the opposite or contradictory vibration. There is just no way around it. The bottom line is, you will never attract high energy results from low energy vibrations. Okay, let's get into some advanced concepts. First, let's talk about time. Albert Einstein said that time does not exist as we know it. So there is no difference between the past, present and future. They are only an illusion, although these illusions certainly seem real to us. So the past, present and future coexist simultaneously right now. We tend to think of time as horizontal. The past is behind us. The future is in front of us and it goes on in this sequential ever-unfolding way. Another way we could illustrate this is if we draw a line on a piece of paper where the past is on the left and the future is on the right. Just for the sake of exploration, let's say that time is vertical instead of horizontal. By vertical time, imagine putting a line on a piece of paper that represents NOW then right above write NOW, and above that, write another NOW. So what happens is you have now, now, now, now all happening at the same time. There is no past or future. Some physicists are saying that there are at least eleven different dimensions that exist simultaneously. So, in the context of looking at time vertically, that means all of our "nows" would go up and down though eleven dimensions. I believe that we will discover there are many more dimensions than that, but we can use eleven for the purpose of our discussion. Okay, stay with me here. One of the most fundamental laws of physics states than energy can never be created or destroyed. Instead, energy merely passes from one form to another. What if there were multiple "nows", universes, or existences coexisting all at the same time? This means that everything that ever existed or CAN ever exist is ALREADY here. If this is true, and from everything I have researched it indicates that it is, then when we decide which universe (now) we choose to observe, we are essentially choosing our reality. In theory, you could choose a universe where you are a millionaire or a homeless person. You could choose a healthy body or one with illness. You could have a perfect mate or a dysfunctional relationship. You are the one that chooses (or not) through your ATTENTION and POINT OF FOCUS. And since energy flows where your attention goes, this is what you are experiencing in your life. (We will continue our discussion tomorrow.) Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation that you are making progress - IF YOU LOOK FOR IT! No matter how large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal. It will only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow. Truly Caring for Your Success! Bernanke warns over Washington wrangling (Another article for CMI Gold & Silver)

A rough summary of Ben Bernanke's speech at the Federal Reserve's gathering in Jackson Hole on Friday is that the US economy needs more help from policymakers -- but that the central bank will only provide a bit of it. "I do not expect the long-run growth potential of the US economy to be materially affected by the crisis and the recession if -- and I stress if -- our country takes the necessary steps to secure that outcome," the Fed chairman said. The implicit message of those words is that, while the Fed will do everything it can, other policymakers are not taking those necessary steps. The Fed's job is to deliver low and stable inflation and economic stability, but "most of the economic policies that support robust economic growth in the long run are outside the province of the central bank". He called for "good, proactive housing policies", expressed an implausible degree of confidence in Europe's ability to tackle its sovereign debt problems and, in some of his harshest words ever on fiscal policy, he said that Washington's agonized debate on raising the federal debt ceiling had hurt the economy. "The country would be well served by a better process for making fiscal decisions. The negotiations that took place over the summer disrupted financial markets and probably the economy as well," Mr. Bernanke said. Mr. Bernanke has gradually ramped up his rhetoric on fiscal policy in recent months but it was the first time that he has suggested that the US budget process is so dysfunctional that it needs reform. "These were some very strong words from chairman Bernanke on fiscal policy, and we can only hope policymakers take note. There is no question that with all that needs to be done to grow the economy, fiscal policy continues to be the missing link," said Maya MacGuineas, president of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. Although he did not say so outright, Mr. Bernanke implied that he would support more fiscal stimulus now, in order to tackle the long-term unemployment that he said could leave a "major scar" on the US economy. "Our economy is suffering today from an extraordinarily high level of long-term unemployment, with nearly half of the unemployed having been out of work for more than six months," he said. Fiscal policymakers urgently need to deal with America's long-term budget problems but they "should not, as a consequence, disregard the fragility of the current economic recovery". Mr. Bernanke's words reflect a growing sense that, while the Fed can and should do more to make sure inflation stays at its 2 per cent target, tax and spending decisions have greater power to influence an economy in which consumers are still paying down debt after the financial crisis. His statement that the Fed "is prepared to employ its tools as appropriate to promote a stronger economic recovery" was a fairly robust signal that the central bank is ready to do more, most probably at its next meeting in September, which was extended to last for two days. But the rest of the speech, which lacked any discussion of those tools and focused on longer-run challenges and the role of fiscal and other kinds of policy, seemed designed to limit expectations of how much the central bank might do. In particular, there was no encouragement to think that the Fed will soon launch a third round of quantitative easing -- a QE3, like the QE2 announced last November -- under which it would buy hundreds of billions of dollars more in long-term assets as part of a further attempt to drive down long-term interest rates. Even though Mr. Bernanke did not elaborate in Jackson Hole, a more likely easing option is to tilt the Fed's existing portfolio of assets towards more long-term securities, a policy with its own nickname, a "twist". Market crash 'could hit within weeks', warn bankers (Article from CMI Gold & Silver)

Market crash 'could hit within weeks', warn bankers (Developments in Europe now affecting price of gold as much as financial crisis in America.) A more severe crash than the one triggered by the collapse of Lehman Brothers could be on the way, according to alarm signals in the credit markets. Insurance on the debt of several major European banks has now hit historic levels, higher even than those recorded during financial crisis caused by the US financial group's implosion nearly three years ago. Credit default swaps on the bonds of Royal Bank of Scotland, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Intesa Sanpaolo, among others, flashed warning signals on Wednesday. Credit default swaps (CDS) on RBS were trading at 343.54 basis points, meaning the annual cost to insure £10m of the state-backed lender's bonds against default is now £343,540. The cost of insuring RBS bonds is now higher than before the taxpayer was forced to step in and rescue the bank in October 2008, and shows the recent dramatic downturn in sentiment among credit investors towards banks. "The problem is a shortage of liquidity – that is what is causing the problems with the banks. It feels exactly as it felt in 2008," said one senior London-based bank executive. "I think we are heading for a market shock in September or October that will match anything we have ever seen before," said a senior credit banker at a major European bank. Despite this, bank shares rebounded on Wednesday, showing the growing disconnect between equity and credit investors. RBS closed up 9pc at 21.87p, while Barclays put on 3pc to 149.6p despite credit default swaps on the bank hitting a 12-month high. This mirrored the US trend, with Bank of America shares up 10pc in late Wall Street trade after a hitting a 12-month low on Tuesday over fears that it might have to raise as much as $200bn (£121bn). As with the European banks, the rebound in the share price was not reflected in the credit markets, where its CDS reached a 12-month high of 384.42 basis points. European stock markets joined in the rally. The FTSE closed up 1.5pc at 5,206 on hopes the chance of a global recession had diminished. European shares hit a one-week high, with Germany's DAX closing up 2.7pc and France's CAC 1.8pc higher. The Dow Jones index edged higher on strong durable goods orders data as markets began to accept that the US Federal Reserve is unlikely to signal fresh stimulus at Jackson Hole this Friday. Even Moody's decision to downgrade Japan's sovereign credit rating by one notch to Aa3 did little to damage global sentiment, although Tokyo's Nikkei closed down just over 1pc. As stock market nerves settled, gold - which has recorded steady gains recently as investors seek a safe haven - fell 5.3pc to $1,777 in London.

"You must constantly ask yourself these questions: Who am I around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay? Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change."
