Received an Article from Blair Singer (SalesDogs.com) on Strength and Weakness - READ ON...............

FR: Blair Singer
RE: Strengths and Weaknesses

Are you playing to your strengths or are you focusing on
your weaknesses?

Think about it for a moment... how often do your
"encounters" (sales calls, meetings, negotiations, whatever)
allow you to do what you do best?

"Encounters" aside, what about the daily operation of your
business?

You'd be surprised how many people I come across that spend
most of their time trying to improve their weaknesses or
doing things they really don't shine at. Is this an
effective and efficient way to run a business? What about a
good way to get rich?

Look, I've met people who are absolutely awesome selling to
groups but clam up one-on-one. Instead of continuing to put
time into the unprofitable activity, they'd make a lot more
sales (quicker and easier!) if they would just bring their
prospects together and sell the the group.

What about leads and conversions... you may be able to
generate quality leads (keyword here is quality) but
struggle at closing. Have a partner who shines at closing
finalize the transaction.

It just makes sense to do what you do best since that's
where you make most of your money. Allow others to do the
things that you struggle at.

I know what you're saying: "This is common sense." Then
let's put some strategy to it.

I actually have an assignment for you today:

_ Observe your tasks throughout the week
_ List the tasks you feel you're good at and that contribute
to your income
_ List the tasks that suck away your time or are difficult
_ Develop and implement a strategy so that you're doing more
of what you do best and less of what you don't

Do this and I guarantee you'll start earning more money and
have more fun and less stress doing so.

Be awesome,

Blair

P.S. Would you like to learn the strategies top income-
earners use to dominate?
