When
you live in truth to yourself and others your self confidence goes up.
When you don't, you destroy your self esteem and you don't like yourself
very much. Never sacrifice your integrity no matter what the temptation
is. The cost of sacrificing your integrity is greater than the
temporary instant gratification it brings.
